一、提單正面內(nèi)容
目前，各船公司所制定的提單雖然格式不完全相同，但其內(nèi)容大同小異?，F(xiàn)介紹如下：
1．必要記載事項(xiàng)
根據(jù)我國(guó)《海商法》第七十三條規(guī)定，提單正面內(nèi)容，一般包括下列各項(xiàng)：
（1）貨物的品名、標(biāo)志、包數(shù)或者件數(shù)、重量或體積，以及運(yùn)輸危險(xiǎn)貨物時(shí)對(duì)危險(xiǎn)性質(zhì)的說(shuō)明：（description of the goods， mark， number of packages or piece， weight or quantity，and a statement， if applicable， as to the dangerous nature of the goods）；
（2）承運(yùn)人的名稱(chēng)和主營(yíng)業(yè)所（name and principal place of business of the carrier）；
（3）船舶的名稱(chēng)（name of the ship）；
（4）托運(yùn)人的名稱(chēng)（name of the shipper）；
（5）收貨人的名稱(chēng)（name of the consignee）；
（6）裝貨港和在裝貨港接收貨物的日期（port of loading and the date on which the good were taken over by the carrier at the port of loading）；
（7）卸貨港（port of discharge）；
（8）多式聯(lián)運(yùn)提單增列接收貨物地點(diǎn)和交付貨物地點(diǎn)（place where the goods were taken over and the place where the goods are to be delivered in case of a multimodal transport bill of lading）；
（9）提單的簽發(fā)日期、地點(diǎn)和份數(shù)（date and place of issue of the bill of loading and the number of originals issued）；
（10）運(yùn)費(fèi)的支付（payment of freight）；
